I have taken my dad's recipe and "deconstructed" it to offer it as a pie. It is a beef & pork mix seasoned with, well, now you know what I would have to do if I told you. The meatloaf is topped with chopped bacon, mozzarella, and mashed potatoes. (NOTE: the mashed potatoes will cover the entire pie, we made it this way for the picture so you can see al the goodies underneath.)
